When I am home I try to eat grass fed meat and organic or locally grown produce. I am away from home working for a few months and it is impossible to get grass fed meat and near impossible to get organic veggies and fruit where I am. I am able to get meat from a butcher once in awhile but even that is grain fed. Seeing as I am only eating grain fed meat should I be taking an omega 3 supplement?
