I read the book and agree with everything. I really really really want to go primal but I don't want to give up carbs cause I have no will power. How am I not suppose to eat something when I want to eat it? I need advice on what "willpower" is. Can I be primal without following any of the rules? I tried last week. I didn't lose any weight. I only consumed 50,0000g of carbs a day. What gives? Is 50,0000 not the 80% rule? Any advise and research u can do on your own time to save my from using my (more valuable) time is appreciated.
