    Not sweet potatoes, real actual white potatoes. Is this OK?!?!?!?!?!? Will I die, will I drop out of Ketosis and suffer from some kind of weird insulin response, will leptin flood out of my nose, will my hair fall out, will I ever be able to get an errection again. Damm it Doctor will I ever play the banjo again?????


    But my little girl grew them nearly all by her self, tasty home-grown new potatoes, no chemicals, boiled up, slathered in butter, with a roast chicken dinner, roasted carrots, parsnips and sweet potatoes. steamed brocoli and kale, gravey made from the chicken jucies (free range too ) and onions roasted under the bird.

    NOM NOM

    Oh and strawberries and clotted cream for pud.
    You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................

    You will die the moment they touch your lips. In most cases, it looks a little bit like that one unfortunate scene from Aliens, so make sure you cover the good furniture with plastic before you take the first bite.

    On the bright side, your erection fears are completely unfounded.

              I did not know that, I will file it with all the other exceptions (Stuff your kids leave, opening tax on sweets, licking the peanut butter spoon as it's not clean enough to go in the dishwasher etc etc)

                        It was all lovely, new pototes fresh out of the ground are pretty much the most flavourful white potatoes IMHO, the rest of the meal was lovely too (course it was I cooked it myself) Do love a Sunday roast dinner, feel propper full now, time for a walk

                              I'm currently Mrs Potato Head. Eating them for breakfast even, with the skins on, shock horror.

                              Nom nom.
                              F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
