  • My Big Fat Diet

Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?

      Thanks Great videos!
I did think it was interesting that people often referred to diabetes as something they "contracted" as if it is something we catch rather than something we create ourselves through poor dietary choices!

That was a very interesting documentary. It's good to have some well controlled scientific data like this.

Did anybody catch the name of that kind of fish oil they used in their traditional cooking? I was trying to google it but I may be spelling it wrong.

I wonder if they export that oil?

Ah, I saw this a year ago or so. Didn't realize it was on Youtube too.

They were mentioned in The Search For the Perfect Human Diet as well

Oh, OK. Also known as smelt.

Interesting article, particularly about the "grease feasts".

Awesome! I sent links to these to my boyfriend. Although he doesn't do this diet he was recommending it to a lady at work whose husband is overweight, diabetic and has high blood pressure.

It's so sad about the fish.

                  You're welcome

I was listening to Nora T. Gedgaudas' Primal Body Primal Mind Podcast on iTunes and picked it up there. She interview the doctor about the documentary. It's number 20 on the following list
