Just read Mark's muddler post and the ketonin article. Reprogramming my body to not depend on carbs sounds amazing, but from what I read this seems not so suitable to hard-gainers. Today, I defintely feel a victim to hunger pangs caused by eating so many carbs but I have very little fat. Im at least 6'1'' and only 63kgs. I work out quite a bit and have a muscular build, but I would like to have more energy and be able to store fat more properly. So how do I fat-adapt myself without losing more weight?
