  • How much food?

    I am just wondering how big are your guys servings are... Yesterday I went to Genghis Mongolian Grill and stuffed my bowl with beef, shrimp and all the green veggies I could and at the end I add 3 eggs cooked in butter that's after about 14 hour fast and a crossfit workout about 4 hours prior... My question is, is this to much. Since May 1 I am down like 16 lbs and I know I have lost a good amount of inches I can tell in my clothing...

        Last Sunday i went for dinner with my friends. At the restaurant we ordered lots of foods and we ate over our limit because of their taste of dishes and got lots enjoy with live singing and dancing with whole night.

          Well it's about total calories for the day.
          If you can eat a lot in 1 sitting then you're lucky because it's convienent for the rest of the day i know that I can easily cross the line with too much food in a sitting and become nauseated for hours

            Anywhere around 3000 calories per meal is right for me. But I'm me and you're you, so remember that! I only eat once a day, usually. So I get to stuff myself silly and feel REALLY full for at least eight hours, then slowly back to normal, and sleep through my hungriest time and wake, eat, work, repeat.

              No, that is not too much. A stuffed GG bowl (without starch) cooks down to about 1 1/2cups. With the eggs that is a good-sized meal, but not in any way extreme. Just stay away from their sauces. Too much dangerous stuff in them.
