Sometimes I dry out on the coffee to give my guts a break. But then I'm drinking tons of green tea! I just remembered that lots of wild herbs contain caffeine, including stinging nettle seeds. I've done it once or twice, and it tastes good and does provide a caffeinated lift. Thinking about using it more often. Does anybody else use nettle seeds regularly to brew? Can I dry and store or should I just enjoy it fresh? Any other wild sources of caffeine come to mind?
