Hi, with my budget and tastebuds and depressive episodes it is not really possible to adhere to Primal eating in 100%. Is there any list of importance of selecting and avoiding foods? Like you're 3/10 if you avoid grains, then 5/10 if you also avoid vegetable oils and sugar. I'm asking because non-primal foods are often needed and I'd like to know which ones to pick and how good can I feel with my effort anyway
