In all the Paleo/primal documentation, we almost never limits for fat intake in the diet.
I know Grok preferred fatty meat and organs, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't lucky enough to have whole cans of coconut milk!
I guess I'm writing this to make sure I'm not doing anything bad when having my regular coconut milk based curry, smoothie or all my meals bathing in some kind of fat.
Any ways too much fat could be bad for digestion for example. Also good to note, I'm actually trying to gain weight, and I'm keeping my carb intake to about 70g/day because I want to stay out of Ketosis while also trying to get rid of candida problems.
Anybody out there ever had an all-fat day? I guess there is no point really in having just fat, without any protein in a day, not even for semi-fasting purposes, but I might miss something here.
Thanks for your inputs!
