So about 4-5 days ago, I was MADLY hungry. I stuck to strictly primal foods, but I basically ate everything in sight/fridge. Now for the past 3 days, one of which was a 24 hour fast day, I basically feel no need to eat. I ate a little bit of chicken this morning, and now about 7 hours later, I'm not feeling any hunger pangs at all. Pretty curious, gotta say. I'm assuming the body is burning stored fat for energy, and I've switched over, thus my lack of appetite.
