  • Confused with results

    So i have been taking measurements and weights and took them for the first time in a few months. For results i lost 3KG but added 5 cm to my waist and 3 cm to my shoulders, all other measurements were about the same and i measured at the same time with the 2 days prior the exact same work out and food wise. Is this good progress or bad and why could it have come out this way, it seems counter intuitive

    Are you male or female? Have you been working on your abs, because if you're not losing weight around your middle but building ab muscles through exercise, it could bulk you up around there. Could also be that you're just measuring yourself at a bad time, after a meal or whatnot?

      I haven't done any direct ab work. It has been the same lifting routine and i always measure 2 mornings after a lift after a lower carb day so everything has been standardized. I am a male by the way
