I don't eat any seafood at all ( I hate the taste of it) so I know I would be quite deficient in Omega 3's. Recent blood tests have also shown that I have moderately high inflammatory markers. I am currently taking a high quality Cod liver oil 5-10 mls daily. I have recently read that fish oils are better than cod liver oils? Could anyone possibly shed some light on this for me as I just thought that all fish would be high in Omega 3's? What is the difference between the two, if any?
