  • Is skim milk still "bad" if not homogenized?

    Of course the extra fat would be beneficial, however since I don't scientifically understand what is unhealthy/dangerous/carcinogenic about nonfat milk but I think it has to do with homogenization, is skim milk OK to drink if it is NOT homogenized and it is just lightly pasteurized?
