  • Fat Sick and Nearly Dead

I rented this dvd from netflix as a recommendation by a friend. This is an awesome documentary about how unhealthy the American diet is. It has changed my outlook on things for sure! Check it out if you haven't already.

This is the juicing documentary right? I'd also suggest watching Fat Head (both shows available on instant streaming).

Yes, it is. It's actually a pretty decent documentary with some great success stories.

I actually felt bad for the guy. Poor fella thinks he has to live on juice to get rid of fat. The worse part of it is that he likely lost a huge amount of lean mass doing things the way he did. No protein, no resistance training = your losing the wrong kinda weight.

I enjoyed the movie a lot. For me it was less about sucking down ground up vegetables & more about trying something really different & turning around a life. And being available for someone else who needed to turn his life around, too. I was inspired.

I want to watch Fat Head, next.

Oh who cares about the dumb a$$ Americans who have had at least 15 years to learn the truth.
