  • I broke my arm.help

    Very strange (maybe supid) request.

    Ive broken my arm/elbow. I do a bit of tri racing and i need to be back asap.. Is there any foods out there that can speed up the process or supplements!!!

            Arnica. It will help with the bruising and swelling. I took it religiously when I broke my upper arm a few years ago and it made a big difference. Find a good physiotherapist and start as soon as you can. I was in physio 2 days after having my arm plated. Eat as well and as cleanly as you can, and get as much rest and sleep as you can. It just takes time.
