  • High calorie day!

    I was fighting the sweet-tooth monster most of today. So when I felt that urge to dig in the fridge I let myself, but I tried to substitute with on-plan foods. Crisis averted for the sugar cravings, but OH MY!, I think I may have topped 3,000 calories! Any advice for tomorrow?

        I binge from time to time, mostly on primal/paleo stuff. Every now and then I will dig into some ice cream or a pastry. It's nice to have sometimes.

          Caloric intake should be measured over longer timelines than day-to-day.
