  • a pear, greek yogurt, muesli (wheat free, sugar free, blah, blah, blah... but delicious)

      Handful of blueberries
      Primal (2013)
      Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
      Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking

      Would like to be in good shape by my 36th Birthday (07-07-2013)

                        4 eggs cooked in olive oil (no butter cuz of Whole 30, was out of bacon grease too) with some sun dried tomatoes. Some olives on the side and decaf black tea.
