  • Chocolate protein powder coconut milk water ice smoothie and a small cup of coffee with heavy cream at 5:30 est this morning before heading off to 7 am bodypump class. Now having second small coffee with heavy cream before digging into housework.

    • 3 eggs scrambled with Hatch green chile, an avocado, three strips of bacon, and a teeny sweet potato w some coconut oil. This should keep me going until dinner.

      • Leftover sausage bake thing with chicken sausage, apples, onions, mushrooms, sage, rosemary and plenty of butter.

        • Leftover pork/chicken liver/beef meatloaf with two fried eggs on top. Kombucha. Just now having a bit of coffee (12:30 pm).

              1 c. coconut milk
              2 raw eggs
              handful of spinach
              handful of frozen strawberries
              1 spoonful unsweetened shredded coconut

              I was a little bit scared of drinking a smoothie with raw eggs, but gave it a shot and it was good. I am so full. Hoping I won't need to eat until dinner.

              • 3 strips of bacon, two eggs over easy fried in coco oil, jacks garden salsa, & some awesome frozen raspberries that looked like they just came from the store thanks to my Kinectic Glasslock storage containers... they have been in the freezer for 7 months.

                        • I'm jealous. I was in a big rush this morning so all I had was three hard boiled eggs with a little salt. Plenty filling but more fuel than food.

                            People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
