  • A big fat pork chop fried in coconut oil, and a cut up apple layered in delicious plain greek yogurt. This is the best yogurt I have ever had, and it's organic. (Greek Gods)

    • I had bacon fried in loads of butter with masses of baby leaf spinach and fresh tomatoes thrown in at the end to fry in the fat rendered from the bacon. Oh yes!

        I like Greek Gods too. Kroger is where I can find it regularly.

              • I had left over 1/2 bison burger patty topped with fried egg and a cup of cooked kale. All done in butter. Yum. Oh, and a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of heavy cream.

                        • Another 4 egg omlette with onions, roquette, mushrooms and feta topped with my homegrown/made salsa. oh, free range bacon and a killer short black as well. the downside is, it kinda puts a damper on lunch, i mean you should be hungry by noon, shouldn't you.

                              • Sunday: 3 egg omelet with pea shoots & asiago cheese and some bacon.
                                Monday: banana, coconut milk, coconut oil smoothie. Should have added some water or juice because it was awfully thick.
