              • Ribeye steak oven roasted w/butter. 3 strips of bacon, and an onion sauteed in the bacon grease. Sencha, of course.

I woke up hungry though, and my body said "EGGZ!" which I guess means, it's time to go buy some, and start eatting them again.

                    • Bowl of berries, trail mix, unsweetened coconut flakes, sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean crunch (just a little bit), in heavy cream. Oh boy was this good! It is my new favorite breakfast treat behind all my egg & meat dishes of course.

                      • The bowl of berries and cream was so good I decided to toss it in again today! This time it was a small bowl to accompany my burritos. I allow some "breads" on occasion and I think the last time I had a piece of bread was over a week ago.

                        • Since I've gotten back into weight training I get so much hungrier in the mornings (maybe because I'm somewhat less hungry in the evening right after my workout).

This morning I chopped up a leftover Asian-ish-flavored hamburger and sauteed in lots of coconut oil, then I scrambled in 2 eggs. I was still hungry so I had an ounce of nuts (macadamias, cashews, almonds). It came out to 650 calories and 54g fat. *faints* (But under 15g carbs! Not bad!)

I'm blogging again, at least a little bit.
