    @darienx19- Hahahahaha. Classic.

I've got a steady IV drip of "woke up late". "breakfast" is usually around 2pm in these parts. (today- "Roast Pig" from Wah Fung No.1 Fast Food. 1/2lbs.)

I had eggs scrambled in a ton of butter.

      I know, I'm boring ^^

Remember, you are unique just like everybody else.

Try this egg recipe from my home country....

        1. in a sauce pan melt a bit of butter.

        2. add a little cream and salt wait till it thickens and bubbles. (very important!!)

        3. then 2 eggs or 3....scramble/stir until creamy.

If it is not 100% delicious then it was made wrong......

Let me know and I will post a video....there is an art to it......

3 egg fritta fried in bacon grease wrapped around 4 slices crispy uncured bacon.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

I enjoyed (after a run of course):

one unripe banana chopped up w/a "bar" i made myself:

out of ground up pistachios, hemp flour, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, some coconut water, a little bit of stevia, some pumpkin seeds, all ground up, and refrigerated. they came to about 250 cals per bar. they are good, full of protein, fat, and no grains! and lots of good for you fiber.

all mashed up in a bowl. it was quite divine! of course a cup o joe too

5 hard boiled eggs with telicherry pepper and 2 buffalo smokies, boiled to get some of the salt out. And a spoonful of coconut oil.

You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!

This morning I had a tin of kippered herring, 3 strips of bacon, a TBS of raw almond butter, and an orange.

                Carpe Diem!

I needed to fry up a bunch of ground meat for tomato sauce so I kept back a handful and fried two eggs in it. Garlic, pepper, butter and coconut oil. Fabulous!

                    • A bigger breakfast: four eggs scrambled with coconut milk. It was a lot of food for so early in the morning, and I had to choke the last of it down, but I sure wasn't hungry later in the morning!
