I am curious~ what makes you think we don't already know to eat real food? Maybe you missed it, but that's what Primal Blueprint is all about. Don't quite know what all you think you learned here, but apparently you missed that point.

Thank you for being part of this forum for even a short time. It's been interesting to read your perspectives, and I appreciate someone from the whole food vegan side of the world participating in a reasonable way.

I agree with Owly and RitaRose.

That's what I do. I'm still trying to kick the chocolate-with-sugar in favor of a raw-chocolate-macaroon that i have a recipe for -- and now I just have to, you know, make it. I thought that would be even better than the super-dark chocolate because it uses a bit of honey (or agave for those who use agave) instead of white sugar, and I'd like to go sugar free.

I want to break free! I want TO BREAK FREE! that song is in my head.

Same here. Thanks for offering your perspective- it's been informative and helped reinforce what I've already concluded for my own way of eating. You're also possibly the most polite and gracious person I've seen posting on these forums and thanks so much for that.
