Is cooking w/ olive oil on the stove top safe? I typically use it at the 4-5 settings (out of 10), which would be medium low to medium. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't running the risk of hurting the oil at those temps. What about for roasting veggies at 450 in the oven as well? Just coating the veggies at that temp? It never smokes....Thanks for any help!
