    In BP (2009) the pyramid had fruit and veggies as the base, then meat.

    In the recent newsletter I recieved (2012) lists meat as the base. Why the change?

    Meat is where the bulk of calories should come from, whereas vegetables should make up the most volume of food you eat. There was confusion there. I think.
