From what I've read, organ meat is the "best" meat to eat as far as nutrition goes. It makes sense... after a tiger makes a kill, they go right for the organ meat.
Most people do not eat organ meat. My wife is 100% not down with eating liver, heart, etc.
Do you guys think it's possible to supplement vitamins/minerlal, fish oil to offset eating only muscle meat?
I was thinking about taking 2 multivitamins a day and 3 fish oil/vit D combo pills a day.
