Hey guys just for a juicer to throw in tons of veggs - what u think? Same as eating them?I hears its better as its get into system faster.
Same as eating them minus the fiber, and some of the nutrients leftover in the pulp.
Easier on the digestive system, as much of the work is already done.
I think it can be helpful to those with illnesses and compromised digestion, and many swear by juicing.
I personally don't juice, as I prefer to eat whole foods in their whole state, and prefer blended salads and stews to juicing if i wish to concentrate my veggies. if you have a blender, you might try that before you spring for an expensive juicer (the efficient one's are pretty pricey).
