    I've been mixing a plant protein powder (made out of chia and hemp seeds) with almond milk after my morning workout. I seem to be doing really well with it but am thinking now it's probably not all that primal. Any opinions out there on plant based protein powders?

    As far as I can see nothing wrong with them, never really tried them myself. Does chia and hemp give you the full range of aminos like whey?

      The container says that it does provide the full range of aminos, and it's delicious
