Hi Everyone, I'm about 13 days into primal and loving it. 29yo female with about 35lbs to lose total. Just this week I started tracking my macronutrients. I'm wondering people's advice/personal successful experiences with macronutrient ratio - specifically for weight loss. What did you shoot for? Where did you find fat burning to be most effective?
