The grains are whats causing the problem with bones.
False (at least in regards to the point you're making). Any acid (dairy included) will not be beneficial to bones if your diet is acidic, as the SAD is. Your body's ph level is locked in at 7.4 naturally. If you are acidic and have osteoporosis for example, your doctor tells you to drink more milk for calcium, but the body responds to the extra acidity from the milk by drawing away an antacid from your body into the kidneys to flush out. The most readily available antacid in your body is calcium in the bones. So, the way you are wording your point, incorrect....but grains are definitely acidic and certainly contribute to the problem. If you were only slightly acidic and eliminated grains, you could afford a little more dairy and make bones stronger. So in that way, you are right. Just an FYI
