So I have been doing IF and just eating 1 meal per day. I really like it a lot, but I find that if I give myself too much free time during my refeed, I begin to snack and binge out of boredom and thinking "well I didn't eat all day anyway". So I am thinking of switching my meal to breakfasts rather than dinners. Are there others who do this as well? Do you find it hard to eat breakfast then not eat for the rest of the day? The only thing I worry is that if I eat first thing, I will just be hungry for the rest of the day...
