I am a bit of a hardcore Paleo eater. My fatty intake is reduce to the morning almonds (about 5 ounces daily) in a shake along banana and apples as a recovery drink after biking every morning about 25 miles. Other source of O6 is out of the non grass fed meat I eat from time to time and from bacon.
I have a Q regarding my Omega 3 Source. I eat about 2-3 Cans of Sardines Daily. The ones that are packed in Spring Water. I actually enjoy them very much.
Is this a good enough source of O3 or should I think about supplementing with fish oil capsules?
