        It looks like it, I hope so!! I'm getting tired of seeing all the people that are trying to be healthy around me that eat whole grains/low fat food.

          I'm not saying the message is wrong, but I'm not so sure this guy qualifies as "mainstream".

                      That's very unfortunate, because I just listened to one of the audio files contained in the Paleo Summit package, talking about a doctor using nutrition before meds. The doctor also said the Paleo diet is a great remedy for many ailments, in place of taking medicine.
