How many people enjoy your new found taste buds after eating a whole foods menu? After cutting out all the garbage i feel like my taste buds are way more sensitive to everything. a sweet potato really is SWEET. you taste the subtle sweet in carrots, onions, peas, etc. I don't crave artificial sugar much at all. You can really taste the chemicals in everything after awhile. Personally, i don't miss the junk. If i want a really good "dessert" i'll fry up some sweet potato fries with a little butter and a dash of real maple syrup if i'm really wanting something like that. Everybody go through a similar phase?
