    Hey guys,
    As of today I will follow Primal to the best of my abilities. I plan to go to the beach during spring break and I am trying to lose the most weight possible.

    I am working out 2 times a week, HIIT.
    I am 182 and 6'0"; 18 years old.

    If you guys have any tips for this please post a comment.

    Similar goal. I'm 20, 6'3, and 180. Trying to get this six pack out YA DIGGGGGGGG ladies holla at my bacon pack SB'12 WOO FIST PUMP

    I'm lifting heavy whenever my muscles recover from my last lifting heavy, and I'm sprinting whenever I play so I don't do any dedicated sprint workouts. I just play. I practice capoeira, play football, frisbee, climb trees, and do random parkour crap around the neighborhood. I think that pretty much covers it. I also work on my feet at Geek Squad, so I get at least 15 hours of low-level aerobics in per week.

      If it's appearance you are looking for, Leangains added to primal is hard to beat.
