    All the people are taking good health and they tried to get more fit body. So regular exercise is most important for taking good health. Drink more fruits juice and green tea is good for you. Avoid more bad habits like smoking, drinking, Eat junk food and oily food is really bad for your health.

        Good health is very important for all person. If your health remain good you live life better and healthy. For making good health you can follow some of basics. So..

          For good health we have to eat healthy food on time. We have to do exercises at early morning. We can do yoga in the morning for good health. We have go for walk after dinner. Go for medical checkup in a every month. We should go in gym, for swimming, to play outdoor games, etc.
