  • what the difference between paleo and primal?

I'm just wondering because I was just reading the Whole 9 site and Free the Animal and it says Paleo but do they have their own guidlines or is it all the same?

    yeah you are

Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.

      primal is a brand.

primal is paleo but with grok.

and grok includes the ILL NASTY FITNESS and accompanying philsophy.

Also Paleo (Loren Cordain) says no dairy products (milk, yoghurt, cheese).
Original Goal: To lose weight. Achieved in March 2010
Long Term Goals: To continue using Primal guidlines to improve fitness and health. To share the Primal message.

They're actually very close with a lot of crossover. Generally, Paleo is more strict than Primal, especially with regards to dairy and certain starches. But they honestly have more in common than not.

I remember reading Paleo accepts lab produced sugar alcohols as sweeteners...and other man-made 'acceptable' chemicals.

Imo, Paleo (ala L. Cordain) isn't that healthy after all.

That almost makes it sound like primal is closer to Atkins

paleo will only concern the diet, the nutrition.

primal will give you a 'blueprint' for your entire life; from the eating to the jumping and lifting to the thinking.

                this is the difference.

Paleo recommends eliminating dairy, grains, and legumes while Primal folks seem to consume dairy, some grains, and sometimes legumes.

Paleo also focuses on eating lean meats, while primal embraces higher animal fat.
