I don't see why not. It's meat & vegetables. Ditch the cheese and sauces, and it's totally primal, IMO!

On a side note, practically everything at Chipotle is smothered in soybean oil. I think I'd rather eat the flour tortilla. The only thing on their menu that isn't cooked in soybean oil is the carnitas I believe. Even some of their salsas has soybean oil in it. Same thing with Qdoba. So disappointing.

When out to bars, I get chicken wings and Miller Lite. Minus the oxidized PUFA's from the fried wings, it ain't all that bad. I carry 1g of fish oil and 3.6g of flaxseed oil with me every time I eat out to balance. That should keep me under 4:1 easily.

        per their website :

        100% Beef Patty:
100% pure USDA inspected beef; no fillers, no extenders. Prepared with grill seasoning (salt, black pepper).

they do use soybean oil in their angus seasoning though
Interesting. I just looked again when you posted this and there no soy listed in the ingredients for the patty or the seasoning (except the angus). I looked two years ago when he was first diagnosed and I swear at that point they all contained soy? Maybe they changed (or maybe I was just wrong). I did hear on the radio this morning they are changing their kids meals to include apples and "only 1/2 order of fries".

I remember years ago my father reading that McDonald's burgers at that point contained more soy than meat. They were gradually cutting the meat with soy and had passed the halfway point. That was at least 25 years ago. This certainly may have changed since.
