got the whole 30 link and i get it. my problem is understanding the possibilities of cooking ingredients on the bad list. i have about 100# of venison and will have about 50# of FL fish-grouper,snapper etc in the freezer. my problem is cooking this clean meat with no grain,commonly obtainable oils,questionable spices etc. does cooking perchance destory some bad stuff with heat or make it worse? LOL. most recipies i find have something bad in them as a cooking componet. so,help with whole 30 decent recipies. thanks.
