    Hey folks!


    Trying to get back on track here and looking for a little critique on my menu to see if I'm going in the right direction so anything anyone has to add would be much appreciated!!


    Breakfast: 2 egg + 2 white omelet fried in olive oil w/ a sprinkle of cheese and approx. 1/2 cup mushrooms

    Coffee with skim milk


    Lunch: chicken breast coated in a bit of almond meal fried in olive oil with celery, mushrooms and onions stir fried in a little butter. (chicken was leftover from yesterday)

    Blueberries and cream.


    Post gym: 4 hard boiled egg whites (hate the yolks) and 10 almonds


    Thats it so far. I'm going to have dinner at some point, not sure what though.


    Breakdown so far looks like 66% fat, 8% carb, 26% protein

    I'm no expert but that looks pretty darn good and tasty too! I might have that for breakfast this weekend. Any reason why the skim milk in your coffee?

      The skim milk is because thats all my hubby will drink and since I only use a tiny bit here and there for coffee I don't put up much of a fuss about it.

        I understand. I've got my hubby off the skim milk. Prior to that I purchased my own milk, until he gave up and started drinking mine.

          My advice would be to eat a lot more vegetables.
