Trying to get back on track here and looking for a little critique on my menu to see if I'm going in the right direction so anything anyone has to add would be much appreciated!!
Breakfast: 2 egg + 2 white omelet fried in olive oil w/ a sprinkle of cheese and approx. 1/2 cup mushrooms
Coffee with skim milk
Lunch: chicken breast coated in a bit of almond meal fried in olive oil with celery, mushrooms and onions stir fried in a little butter. (chicken was leftover from yesterday)
Blueberries and cream.
Post gym: 4 hard boiled egg whites (hate the yolks) and 10 almonds
Thats it so far. I'm going to have dinner at some point, not sure what though.
Breakdown so far looks like 66% fat, 8% carb, 26% protein
