    Kind of sad they include a section at all for all that candy...though I must say, WH is one of the better mainstream magazines. In their workout book, there's a nutrition section at the end that talks about how it's ok to eat cheese, chicken skin, and red meat. Not to mention they have some great workouts lol.

    Here. I fixed it.
    Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.
