Anyone have any IF sites that are informational/motivating? I truly enjoyed leansaloon.com but it appears to have been taken down. I'm keeping up with leangains.com but would be interested to hear of others.

    Thanks!

Use to go to The Lean Saloon but it's not there anymore. Not sure what happened to him.

I also wonder what happened to Johnny at the Lean Saloon. What's weird is I posted a comment on his FB wall asking what happened to the site, and my comment was later deleted. Hopefully nothing bad happened. I liked his posts and comments.

And the posts were motivating...Enjoyed his thoughts and the studies posted. He did a good job of communicating the concepts behind the practice.

That's him and the site. I guess he moved the domain?

Um, either you eat or not; what's a better result than not eating if that was your intention?
