I might take one day off next year. I'm sure it will be a long, painful day, but the sacrifices we make.

I was never fatter than when I was a pescatarian (fish was an occasional treat). Most of my meals were vegan. Lots of "healthy whole grains", beans and tofu! I was working out like a maniac, too.

Western civilization is doomed, isn't it?

We're all just enjoying the final smoke outside before the bar closes up on us?

At least he is promoting grass fed beef....that is ONE thing he got right.
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

Yeah I think we're just so simple as species and are hard-wired to make quick assumptions. We hear 'vegetables are healthy' and run wild with it, abandoning all common sense and eating lots of things that aren't vegetables, but aren't meat and therefore must be healthy!

LOL at the vegan talking about animals raised for consumption as docile, sentient beings that "don't want to die" yeah, absolutely no living organism "wants" to die but tough shit it's the way the world is designed. I'm sure the zebra doesn't want to die, and maybe the lion doesn't even want to kill it, but it hasn't been able to figure out how to tear its limbs out without neutralizing it first.
I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.
