    Mark talks about not being too bothered about day to day caloric intake fluctuations but instead focussing on weekly/monthly averages. How does this relate to IF? Do I have to make up the lost food on surrounding days or am I missing the point?

    I find that it naturally balances out. If I miss a couple meals I'll naturally eat a larger dinner than I do if I've had breakfast and lunch. I think it's just your body's way of staying in balance.


    You shouldn't force yourself to eat more than you want. Just go with the flow.
