Can I have Rockstar zero carb? I like coffee in the morning but have found the Rockstar Zero Carb is a good drink in the afternoon while at work. What are your thoughts?

It's probably one of the most anti primal things there is, apart from the fact that it has no carbs there is nothing primal about it. You can have it if you want but it's a big negative for your long term health.

No. Artificial sweeteners can actually spike your insulin.

Plus the long list of artificial chemical nastiness. Definitely not Primal.

Yes you can have it. Are we going to stop you? Do we care? Yet, hopefully, you have even the slightest amount of common sense. Utterly pointless posting this thread to be honest.

P-p-p-p-artay like a rockstar yay!! There's only one thing you need to party like a rockstar and I do believe that still comes in powder form!

It seems kind of asinine to attempt to regain metabolic flexibility and start utilizing fat for energy if you're filling your adenosine receptors with caffeine several times a day, over-sensitizing yourself to adenosine in the absence of caffeine (and depleting your serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine) - pretty much making it chemically impossible to feel healthy and energetic without this substance in your system.

If you're at the point that you feel like you need more than one cup of coffee for the day, you should really look into cutting back and skipping a day here and there.
