So I want to start taking something other than the generic multi at the store. I think I've narrowed it between http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1194/ and http://www.rainbowlight.com/Categori...e59afd2d9.html If I got the first I'd probably be taking it half strength because it's cost prohibitive for me otherwise.
Is it worth going with the first one for the B12 that is more easily absorbable and the other things such as DMAE and grape seed extract or the Rainbow one? The one thing that worried me about the Source Naturals one is that it does say it contains wheat/gluten and soy where Rainbow says theirs is natural.
Any thoughts on which one is better?
