  • Fermented Lemons

I really want to start getting A LOT of good bacteria in my body so ive fermented cabbage lots in the last few months.

But I have a question about fermented lemons... can I eat the whole lemon skin and all?

How do you guys use fermented lemons?

    Thanks

Middle eastern and north african dishes. And yes, you eat the skin. There's not much else left

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine
