Sorry if this post is too cooking oriented. I bought a 19 lb pasture raised turkey from a local farmer and currently have it in the freezer. I don't think it will fit in my oven (yes this is comically dumb). I am thinking about buying a smoker at some point but would like to give it a go in the oven. Does anyone know if I can cut the turkey into parts first and then cook the parts separately? Thanks.
