I'm just wondering if anyone has thoughts on Coconut Palm Sugar?
I'm trying to get off all artificial sweeteners but, finding a suitable substitute has been difficult.
I read about coconut palm sugar and wondered if anyone had any thoughts?
It's supposed to be low glycemic (35 on the GI scale).
But, agave nectar was supposed to be as well and then we found out a whole bunch of stuff about agave and how it's basically the same as HFCS.
Anyway, just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on Coconut Palm sugar?
