    I do Body by Science, so, on my 1 workout day/week I would very low fat, very high carbs, but starchy carbs, not fructose carbs. Simple as that?

    That'll do to get started. at your weight maybe start with 150g carbs, and see how you feel.

    also ideally, try to get your glycogen stores low beforehand, so maybe some cardio + very low carb the day before the workout.
