  • Best thing to do after epic meal time session?

    I've been 100% primal for a month and a half now. Before that, I was always health conscious and never had a problem with eating. I don't really "cheat". But tonight I totally did. I fasted all day yesterday, and finally ate some beef, bacon, onions & peppers, and like a quarter lb of cheese, for lunch today.

    Which was fine. Then I was offered a free dinner at Longhorn steak house. I ordered the aged white cheddar and bacon stuffed filet, with a salad.

    Which was fine. Except I ate mine, my girlfriend's, her grandma's, her grandpa's, and her mom's. I ate parmesan crusted chicken, steak, BBQ ribs, vegetables, and mushrooms. It was enough to kill several children.

    WHICH WAS FINE. Until I ate some cheesecake, ice cream, and chocolate pie to wash it all down.


    So, what do I do now? I'm not really ashamed, to be honest. My stomach is like a black hole. I could've eaten more. And I would've if they didn't drag me out of the restaurant for foaming at the mouth and eating with my hands.

    I'm planning on fasting again tomorrow, as well as doing my normal park workouts and sprints.

    THOUGHTS?

    BWAHAHAHAHA.... sorry dude, you made me laugh so hard. Not at you though... definitely laughing WITH you.

    Yeah, I'd say so long as you keep these ubercalorie blow outs very rare your metabolism might not be wrecked by such a thing. I don't know your situation, trying to lose a lot of weight? Losing weight steadily, and fine with it? Trying to bulk up? Very active? I don't know.

    Just don't make a habit of it, say ten "Hail Satans" and don't play with yourself.

      I'm losing weight steadily and fine with it. I don't really have much weight to lose, honestly. I'm kinda... skinny-fat. Just getting rid of the boobies and butt and hips. And then getting SHREDDED BROOOOO. But yeah like I said, I'm not really all worked up about it... I don't really "cheat". Plus I'm only twenty, so my hormones are all like, "fuck yeah dude, we got this."

        id supplement a fish oil just to recover a bit from all that naughty ness lol. good for u tho as long as ur not feeling bloated or irritable.

          Maybe your body isn't into fasting right now? Could be why you felt the black hole of a stomach- syndrome...

                haha,,, ever heard of moderation...maybe eat a little bit every day for 3 days than fast for 2 and pig out on 1,, the former sounds a little healthier,, lol
